・Responsible for all aspects of the branch operation including staff management and to ensure appropriate financial planning, process and controls are in place, supporting business development activities, create new relationships, and lead team performance and share information to HQ accordingly.

To ensure that the branch target sales achieve orders equal to or in excess of budget

Lead team of engineers for project management, preparation of quotations, pricing, and etc.

coordinates and approves pricing, estimating, scoping and marketing strategies for proposed projects.

Responsible for control of work in process.
Prepare or directs preparation and modifications of reports, specifications, plan and design for the projects.

To attend and explain technical specifics to sub-contractors, clients, discussion and meetings.

To liaise and coordinate with authorities / consultant for site inspection and approval.

To prepare project forecast budget, margin, calculation and documentation.

Study, highlight and resolve any discrepancies of drawings, BQ and specifications.
To monitor construction projects to ensure that procedures, materials and equipment comply with approved projects plans, specifications and samples owner standards and quality.

Resolve any site problems should any arise.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering Or electrical engineering or related field

✓Minimum 10 years above of experience as a Branch Manager in Engineering company

✓Experience in oversee and coordinate the operation branch

✓Experience in site visit and attend to site meeting

✓Experience in build and maintain relationship with all the clients. (Mainly on factory owner or main con company)

✓Experience in prepare & deliver information from the main con and customer.

✓HAs strong & wide networking with sub con, suppliers in Johor market.

✓Experience in Engineering company and as a subcontractor company

✓Experience in Tendering plant/ factory and price negotiations.
