・ Manages and participates in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for the Human Resource Department; recommends within departmental policy, appropriate tasks and staffing levels; recommends and administers policies and procedures.
• Responsible on Foreign Worker hiring process and dealing with relevant authority ie. KDN, FOMEMA, JTK and etc.
• Responsible to Expatriate’s employment pass process
• Manages and coordinates the work plan; meets with staff to identify and resolve problems; assigns work activities, projects, and programs; monitors work flow; reviews and evaluates work products, methods, and procedures.
• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including compensation and benefits, manpower planning & recruitment, training and development, performance management and industrial and employee relations.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
• Preparation of yearly budget under HR/Admin such as payroll, training, Capital Expenditure (CE), hostel and others activities related to HR/Admin.
• Preparation of Monthly report and yearly report to HQ
• Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
• Liaise with external auditor for monthly Management A/C and YE financial Report.
• Ensure that meet and comply with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, RBA or CESR’s requirement.
• Ensure that submission of government/authority report ie MIDA, Statistic Department, IRB and etc on time and meet the dateline given.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Degree in HR or other related field
✓5 years experience in HR full spectrum of HR functions
✓Experience in manufacturing HR
✓Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including compensation and benefits, manpower planning & recruitment, training and development, performance management and industrial and employee relations.
