・Process request from Sales Division such as inbound request, outbound request, export request and AP input request.

・Follow up on delivery status, returning of documents on delivery to customers, preparations of export shipping documents and raising of billing request

・Checking and monitoring of warehouse management system and West system interface status (successfulness)

・Other checking and monitoring functions in relation to risks management

・ Any other tasks related as required by the superior from time to time

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

- General degree holder

- Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English

- Knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point)

- Knowledge in basic business and logistic flows for transactions in trading house will be an advantage
