・Hands-on for the full set of Financial Reports including General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Journal Entries (Prepayment & Accrual), Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet Bank Reconciliation and etc.
・Handles all aspects of financial accounting matters including day-to-day running of Finance operations.
・Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
・Liaise closely with company secretarial, tax agent, external & internal auditors and other regulatory bodies.
・Manage all administrative matters, management of office supply, arranging post & deliveries and ad-hoc assigned from the management.
・Support the development HR initiatives and systems (Workday, LinkedIn Learning & etc.)
・Handling staff’s insurance plan
・Assist in HR performance management processes
・Working closely with IT team to resolve any IT related issues
・Ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Able to work in a team and strong communication is preferable
4. Understand basic accounting entries, active participations in daily work process
5. Proficient in MS office application
