・ Responsible for all financial, tax and accounting functions of the Company and the operation of the Accounts Department

・ Support management on corporate planning and achievement of company performance

・ Responsible for corporate account management

・ Prepare monthly report, quarterly and yearly consolidated package report to HQ

・ Preparation for annual financial audit and taxation submission

・ Training and educating accounting staff

List of Responsibilities/Duties:

• Check and verify payment vouchers and bank payment
• Check and verify staff claims
• Check and verify creditor payments and petty cash payments
• Issue CN/DN for sales invoice as requested by logistics dept.
• Check and verify receipt voucher
• Check and verify schedule for accruals, prepayment, deposit & non-trade debtors
• Attend the survey and report required by government and bank Negara Malaysia
• Verify Submission of SST
• Prepare journal voucher for salary
• Check and verify prepayment and deposit
• Check and ensure the financial report is complete and accurate
• Co-ordinate with company secretary on issuing resolution, annual return filing and AGM related matters
• Prepare necessary information for tax agent in order for them to prepare yearly income tax submission
• To submit CP204 tax estimation and furnish necessary data/documents to tax agent for company tax submission
• Prepare audit schedule and necessary reports for year-end audit
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly report for HQ
• Preparation for Internal audit checklist and other report as required by HQ
• Liaise with consultant for preparation of transfer pricing documentation
• Any other assignments requested by your superiors

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Candidate must possess at least degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.

✓ Added advantage with working experience in manufacturing industry.

✓ Minimum 5 years working experience in related field

✓ Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics AX is an added advantage.

✓ Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
