・Consolidate customers’ forecast from sales team members and update roll plan
based on sales, forecast & inventory in monthly basis

・ Work out material roll planning and place order to Japan HQ accordingly.

・ Liaising with Japan HQ manufacturing plant on the material progress and
monitor closely on the production progress to avoid any delay

・ Work out the delivery instruction to Japan HQ to arrange material import
schedule to Malaysia

・ As a sales team leader, will have a sales subordinate to lead and provide guidance
to him in sales related matter

・ In term of sales account, will be required to handle major account and market of
India and Singapore mainly.

・ Business trip is required for India (once in 3-4 months), Singapore (monthly basis)
and Kuala Lumpur (once in 2-3 months)

・Lead and conduct price revision in quarterly basis

・ Organize and schedule monthly sales meeting

・ Monitor and report slow moving material, and executing strategies to mitigate
the risks

・ Work collaboratively across business functions including production, logistics,
finance and sales team

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Bachelor’s degree in any related field or diploma with related experience

✓Related working experience in planning, forecasting or analysis

✓Able to start work from Jan 2023 onwards

✓Preferable Chinese speaker

✓ Japanese speaking and writing (JLPT level 1 or 2) to liaise with Japan HQ

✓ Working experience in Japanese company will be advantage

✓ Self-motivated & problem-solving skills
