✓Prepare On Time Delivery Ratio Report and daily and monthly stock out or related inventory report.

✓Maintain a proactive relationship with existing client

✓To ensure sales operation is going smooth.

✓Handle inquiries and provide product knowledge

✓Meet customer satisfaction especially pull in or pull out.

✓Responsible to maximize receiving order from sales office to meet the peak profit and analyze the receiving order and transportation costing.

✓Carry out any jobs assigned by superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Able to communicate efficiently in mandarin, english and malay

✓Mandarin is compulsory due to liaise with China Customer

✓Minimum bachelor degree, or equivalent

✓2 to 4 years of experience in related industry- Open to fresh, cooperative, and proactive

✓Goals driven, customer-oriented
