Support semiconductor machine after-sales service which include attending service call (24/7 standby)

supporting preventive maintenance & installation.

Support other machinery equipment activities that are under Process Systems team

Support administrative work that is related to the servicing job (Such as assisting in preparing quotation, parts order etc)

Communicating & provide advice to customer request and/or queries

Provide simple operation training to customer.

• Any other duties as and when assigned by the Manager or GM of the department

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Preferably an incumbent with a Bachelor degree in the engineering field. However, incumbent with diploma equivalent qualification and who has at least 3-4 years of engineering work experience related to SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRIAL can be considered

• Engineering experience in a semi-conductor process environment will be advantageous (2-3 years)

• Comfortable with problem-based situations, equipped with problem solving skills and capable of handling sudden situations.

• Ability to travel frequently and on short notice.

•Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Possess good communication skills.

• Able to stay oversea (US/Japan) for up to 6 months for product training.
