JOB DETAILJob Details

・Order Processing: Process enquiry, quotations & sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that all details are correct, and the orders are fulfilled according to customer specifications.

・Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, pricing, and any inquiries they may have. Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or issues.

・Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as invoices, quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and sales reports.

・Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure products are in stock and available for orders.

・Coordination: Coordinate with internal & external such as logistics, production, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

・Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to provide insights to the sales team and management. This may include tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales trends.

・Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise in the sales process, such as order discrepancies or customer complaints.

・Administration: Courier original documents to customers

・To perform repacking and dispatching task and Handle goods loading for customer orders

・To assist goods receiving and unloading arrangement, document checking and filing

・Export Documentation: Prepare and manage the necessary export documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs declarations, and shipping instructions.

・Incoterms Knowledge: Understand and apply international commercial terms (Incoterms) to determine the responsibilities, costs, and risks associated with the shipment of goods.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience dealing with International Shipping – Import & Export is required

- 3 years of experience handling Stock Inventory Management

- Good customer service skill, planning, problem solver and independent

- Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent from MNC Company
