1) Summary of Principal Job Responsibility: • Your role as Business Development Executive is to ensure good tenant mix within the building. This involves understanding what is in trend and future market demands. We will need you to establish and maintain an amazing tenant-landlord relationship. Thus, timely response and close follow ups with their enquiries are vital. Your daily task will include finding prospective tenants, explain and negotiate terms, and finalizing commercial terms and tenancy agreement.

• Developing and ensuring compliance with organization Handbook policy and procedures

• Statutory compliance.

• Payroll, Attendance, Leave , Company Calendar and etc.

• Overall, in charge in Recruitment Process till Resignation of staff

• Maintain, Organize and Update Staff information.

• Arrangement on travel, training and dinner and related events to staff engagement.

• Preparation of Memo and any report required.

• Promote company’s culture and establish employee’s communication channels.

• Handle income tax and other statutory matters (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.) related to employees, ensuring compliance with taxation laws and labour law.



• Overall, in charge Office Compliance with State Council and related regulated bodies.

• In charge of Resolution on the related approval by Director.

• In charge in Capital Injection process with SSM.

• Annual Report, Malaysia Business Reporting, Resign or Appoint of Director to SSM.

• Change Signatories of Company in Bank Institutions.

• All related License, Quit Rent, Assessment, and any license required to date.

• Fully in charge in Administrations required such Cleaner, Stationery, staff uniform,name card and etc.

• Resolving IT issues and dealing with vendors on IT issues such as internet problems or email problems.

• preparation of letters to other companies.

• Prepare and serve drinks/beverages to visitors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in HR / Administrative or relevant field.

✓Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience Statutory compliance Payroll, Attendance, Leave , Company Calendar and etc.

✓Experience in overall, in charge in Recruitment Process till Resignation of staff

✓Experience in handle income tax and other statutory matters (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.) related to employees, ensuring compliance with taxation laws and labour law.

✓Familiar with Microsoft Office.

✓Overall, in charge Office Compliance with State Council and related regulated bodies.

✓In charge of Resolution on the related approval by Director.

✓In charge in Capital Injection process with SSM.
