・Developing Sales Strategies: Creating effective sales strategies and providing guidance to sales agents on how to remain competitive in the market.
・Team Management: Leading and motivating sales teams of sales representatives and agents to improve performance.
・Training and Development: Providing product and service training to sales staff to enhance their expertise.
・Sales Analysis and Reporting: Collecting sales data, analyzing sales performance, and reporting results to support strategy improvements.
・Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining and enhancing relationships between sales agents and customers to improve customer satisfaction.
・Problem Solving: Collaborating with sales agents to identify and resolve issues and challenges to ensure smooth operations.
・Sales Reporting and Evaluation: Periodically evaluating sales performance, submitting reports to upper management, and proposing strategic improvements.
・Building Relationships: Establishing reliable partnerships with sales agents and working collaboratively towards long-term success.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓who has Sales experience at least 5 years for dealer such as car dealer or phone dealer or other dealer
✓Financial Industry Knowledge: Having a basic understanding of the loan industry and financial processes is important.
✓Leadership Skills experience: Sales Managers need leadership skills to guide their sales teams, motivate them, and achieve their goals.
✓who can speak Chinese.
