• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Sales team objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives result
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Diploma / Degree preferably in Mechanical / Industrial / Precision Engineering
• Has strong business sense and industry expertise in Factory Automation/ Semiconductor/ Machine Builder Industries
• 5 to 8 years of relevant B2B sales experience
• Proven track record in industrial sales
• Possess drive and energy to achieve sales targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Advanced MS Excell skill (Pivot, V-lookup, etc)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess own transport
• Travelling within Malaysia is required
