・Handle of Financial and Finance function includes financial accounting, costing, cashflow, credit control.

・Knowledge of accounting standard (MFRS).

・Assist in managing overall Finance & Accounting functions.

・Manage to handle monthly closing in a timely manner with support from superior and subordinate.

・Coordinate and liaise with external auditor and tax agent on issues that arise.

・Assist in costing analysis and reporting.

・Proficiency in MS Excel, Words, PPT.

・Assist to coordinate with department to formulate annual budget.

・Purchase or sell of foreign currency arrangement.

・Monitor month end closing

・Prepare cash flow report.

・Monitor cost calculations.

・Checking withholding tax

・To add value to an organization by challenging the effectiveness of established procedures.

・Provide support for ad-hoc assignments/duties that may be directed or assigned by the Management from time to time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Possess bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or any professional qualifications.

✓Advanced computer skills in MS Office & accounting software.

✓Ability to manage the reporting timeline and the submission deadline.

✓Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.

✓High attention to detail and accuracy.

✓Ability to direct and supervise.

✓Strong technical knowledge of MFRS, MPERS, and local taxation regulations.

✓Minimum 5 years of total working experience, of which prior audit experience will be an added advantage.

✓Prefer candidate able to commence work immediately.

✓Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

✓Japanese speaker is added advantage.
