・Responsible for developing talent pipeline and managing various recruitment channels and recruitment resources through online job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.
・Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to attract and hire top talent.
・Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
・Ensure consistent implementation and review of policies and procedures relating to HR matters.
・To organize employee engagement activities / events (e.g. team building, birthday celebration, annual dinner).
・To support in any other HR and administrative tasks as and when required.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Experience in recruitment process or hire for foreigner staff will be added advantage.
• Excellent communication in Mandarin and English both written and spoken is a must.
• Able to work independently with high sense of urgency.
• Thrives working in a fast-paced environment with ability to adapt to change.
• Pleasant personality and able to communicate well with all levels of people.
