・Ability to independently compile, understand, produce report, and analyse raw data related to tele-sales, commission, and staff KPI.

・To continuously improve the monthly reporting process so that data report presented is accurate, complete, reliable, relevant, and in proper timeframe for meaningful decision making.

・Provide input on improvising files, data process, and advise to raise sales.

・Follow up on decisions derived from data analysis, ensure it is implemented well by each departments, and follow up on the effects after changes.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Knowledge in using Excel and Google sheet for data processing and analysis purposes

• Knowledge in other analysis tools is an advantage

• Ability to use the analysis outcome in providing advise or recommendations to related parties.

• Any experience working in marketing agency environment or admin analyst will be a plus.
