・Formulate and implement quality control policies for the company (when necessary).
・Actively contribute to team’s test strategy and coverage based on software quality control best practices.
・Handling issues arising from internal and external quality assurance activities.
・Set and monitor monthly key performance index (KPI) for the relevant team.
・Plan internal audits on the quality and environmental management system.
・Responsible for internal coordination, i.e. Customer Service Support teams etc.
・To carry out other duties as assigned by management from time to time
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
• Candidate possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably specializing in Customer Service, Quality Control/ Assurance or equivalent.
• Excellent communication in Mandarin and English both written and spoken is a must.
• Possess prior knowledge in software quality assurance or methodology, web framework, programming logic is an added advantage.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office with Excel skills would be an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be preferred.
