・ Lead the computation and validation of a diverse set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales division, focusing on metrics related to revenue, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

・ Evaluate, calculate, and forecast Monthly Performance Bonuses for the sales team, using historical and real-time data to guide future incentive structures.

・ Prepare and communicate specialized reports to senior management, summarizing KPI data, Monthly Performance Bonuses, and other incentives for strategic planning purposes.

・ Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards specifically for tracking KPIs and incentives, making complex data easily interpretable for decision-makers.

・ Provide data-driven analytical support for strategic sales plans and collaborate with sales teams to meet their specific operational needs.

・ Investigate and report on discrepancies between forecasted and actual financial performance.

・ Evaluate potential financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

・ Stay updated on market trends to inform internal strategic decision-making.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience working in fast-growing SMEs will be an advantage

• Good in planning and organizing work flow, with strong in numeracy, analytical and good interpersonal and communication skills

• Enjoy working in fast-paced and dynamic environment independently

• Diligent in checking work to ensure no errors before submitting to superiors for review.

• A multi-tasker and learner with self-motivation and integrity

• Strong proficiency in Excel and proficient in Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint and IT systems
