・Product Selection and Inventory Management:
Curate a collection of luxury shoes and leather goods, staying abreast of the latest trends and aligning products with customer preferences.
Manage inventory levels and ensure an adequate supply of products based on demand forecasts.
・Sales Strategy Development:
Develop sales promotion strategies for luxury shoes and leather goods, maximizing revenue through sales, promotions, and events.
Implement strategies to attract customers, including the introduction of new products and limited-edition items.
・Staff Guidance and Training:
Provide guidance to floor staff, training them to deliver high-quality customer service.
Enhance product knowledge and sales techniques, aiming to elevate the overall performance of the team.
・Customer Interaction and Relationship Building:
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized product suggestions.
Provide enhanced services to VIP customers, building long-term relationships.
・Setting and Monitoring Sales Targets:
Set and regularly monitor sales targets for the luxury shoes department.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback, making adjustments and improvements to strategies.
・Display and Merchandising Management:
Plan and manage displays that highlight the appeal of products, strengthening sales promotions.
Enhance product attractiveness through event-specific and seasonal displays.
・Sales Data Analysis:
Analyze detailed sales data to identify successful sales strategies and pinpoint areas for improvement in the product line.
・Collaboration with Brands:
Collaborate closely with luxury shoe and leather goods brands, implementing joint sales promotions and activities.
・Understanding Market Trends:
Stay informed about fashion and luxury goods market trends, differentiating the product line from competitors.
