・ To assist in Office management (utilities and amenities)

・ To assist Fixed Asset Management

・ To assist in Company Cars management (Petrol, Tolls, Lease Company, Maintenance)

・ To assist in Invoice processing (expenses-office rental, Phone lines, internet, copier, etc)

・ Check and verify contents base on internal rules/ guidelines before submitting to Finance/ Accounting team for
payment

・ To assist in Purchasing process and prepare purchasing documents as and when required (issue PO, etc)

・ Sourcing for quotation

・ Comparison of quotations

・ Prepare documents (internal approval and issue PO)

・ To support for expatriates

・ Application and Termination of Visa

・ Handle secondment agreements

・ Relocation related matters (Hotel, property agents, transfer)

・ To coordinate for IT management (dealing with vendor)

・ To assist in Software Management (license related)

・ To assist in processing Business Trip Claims

・ To assist in processing Entertainment Claims

・ To assist in processing Ordinary Claims (i.e. medical, benefits, pay & claim)

・ To assist in communicating with company secretary for relevant supports (resolutions, company acts)

・ To manage Contracts/ Agreement for the company

・ Drivers Management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

1. Junior level with at least 3-4 years of working experience
2. Contract basis under Pasona
