Collecting feedback from customers and identifying areas for improvement.
・Supervision of Operations:
Ensuring the efficient operation of the hall.
Accurate handling of orders and prompt service.
・Inventory Management:
Managing and replenishing food and beverage inventory.Minimizing expiration and loss.
・Customer Interaction:
Handling customer complaints and inquiries.Considering measures to improve customer satisfaction.
・Achieving Sales Targets:
Setting and achieving sales targets through strategic planning.Planning and implementing sales promotions and events.
・Compliance with Safety and Hygiene Regulations:
Complying with regulations to ensure food safety and cleanliness.Preparing for and ensuring the passage of health inspections.
・Budget Management:
Budgeting and adherence to financial plans.Cost management and efficient operation.Marketing Collaboration:
Participating in the store's marketing strategy.Planning and executing events and campaigns.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager in local Malaysian and Chinese Malaysian restaurants, with skills in inventory and cash flow management, revenue management, and expertise in customer attraction activities such as promotions.
✓The restaurant is pork-free but serves alcohol.
✓Who can speak Chinese
