Supervise and manage all front-of-house operations across multiple outlets (Omakase Sushi, Crab Restaurant, Yakitori)
Greet and guide guests with warmth and professionalism, serving as the “face” of the restaurant
Train and mentor service staff to maintain high standards of Japanese etiquette and hospitality
Handle VIP and regular guests with tailored service, and manage reservations effectively
Collaborate closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth and consistent operations
Maintain quality control and service excellence across all touchpoints
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Proven experience in hospitality or service industry (experience in Japanese or fine-dining establishments is a plus)
✓Deep understanding of Japanese hospitality principles and manners
✓Strong leadership and team management skills
✓Good communication in English, Mandarin & Japanese
✓Able to remain calm, poised, and graceful under pressure
✓Willing to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to overseas life
