・Process control, safety control, quality control Checking drawings, LANDLORD, meeting with constructors, daily report reporting

・Direct several supervisors and manage the completion of interior design work

・Communication and negotiation with clients and management of construction team.

・it would be better to be able to prepare shop drawings.


✓工程管理、安全管理、品質管理 図面チェック、施主対応、施工業者との打合せ、日報報告 ・数名の監督を指揮し、内装工事の竣工管理を行う。

✓複数の監督を指揮し、内装工事の完成を管理する。

✓クライアントとのコミュニケーション、折衝、施工チームのマネジメント。

✓施工図作成ができれば尚良い。

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Experience in the interior design industry (mainly in the restaurant and retail industry): 10 years or more　
　Experience in the interior design industry, not in a general contracting company

✓Able to manage and control interior construction work.


✓Preferably, it would be better to be able to prepare shop drawings


インテリアデザイン業界（主に飲食店、小売店）での経験： 10年以上　

ゼネコンではなく、インテリア業界経験者優先

内装工事の管理・コントロールができる方。

店舗図面の作成ができることが望ましい。
