・Responsible for the entire retail operations, including sales result and profitability, implementing sales strategy.

・Training and coaching to the team. Make sure the team is following the SOP & company policy given by the management, provide products knowledge

・Manpower & scheduling. Work closely with HR management in HQ.

・Cash collection & Stock Inventory

・Preparing reports and liaise with local authority whenever required

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Degree or Diploma in business, retail management, or any relevant field of study.

✓ Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in managing a retail store.

✓ Great communication and interpersonal skills to staff and customer.

✓ Strong organization, management, and decision-making skills

✓ Competent in conflict and crisis management

✓ Excellent project management skills

✓ Ability to supervise and coach employees in areas of organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
