・Managing quotation, purchase order and invoice/delivery orders.

・Maintain client and vendor relationship. Manage basic communication for quotation, submissions, providing general information.

・Support marketing email blasts and maintain email list for distribution.

・Prepare marketing and sales materials, including products presentations, broachers and demos.

・Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports highlighting key performance indicators and sales achievement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales support/coordinator.

✓ Fluent in English and Bahasa. Japanese and Mandarin will be added advantage.

✓ At least diploma and above education.
