・Process AR / AP

・Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.

・Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.

・Recording and filing cash transactions.

・Prepare Invoice processing and filing.

・Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.

・Process Bank reconciliation.

・Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ SPM/ Diploma or Degree in Accounting or other related field.

• Fresh graduate is encouraging to apply

• 1 or 2 years’ experience in AR and AP in a trading company

• Analytical thinker and problem solver.

• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.

• Competent skills in Microsoft Office
