INTERIOR DESIGNER

Responsibilities:
・Stay up-to-date on design trends, products, and materials, and incorporate them into your design concepts
・Develop creative design concepts for office / commercial spaces
・Provide full design consultation service to the clients, work closely with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget
・Responsible for design, drafting and conceptual design including develop design presentation, perspective drawings and construction drawings as per client requirement
・Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, sketches, and renderings to communicate design concepts
・Select and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that meet the client's aesthetic and functional requirements
・Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications
・Assist in monitoring and reporting to senior management on the progress of interior design work on projects
・Attend to project requirement on site visit, site measurements, site co-ordination and meeting
・Provide leadership to resolve all technical/operational issues and design coordination on site
・To plan, collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, project team, meetings with the client to ensure high-quality outputs and to ensure design concepts are accurately executed
・Oversee the entire design process, from the conceptual phase up to the presentation and completion of the design
・Assure the timely and cost-effective delivery and completion of a project
・Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships

・デザイントレンド、製品、素材の最新情報の取り入れ
・オフィス／商業スペース向け創造的デザインコンセプトの開発
・クライアントへのデザイン相談、ニーズ・好み・予算の理解
・デザインプレゼンテーション、透視図、施工図の作成
・2D・3D図面、スケッチ、レンダリングによるデザインコンセプトの伝達
・素材、仕上げ、家具、装置の選定と指定
・プロジェクト文書（契約、図面、仕様書）の管理
・インテリアデザイン作業進捗の上級管理職への報告
・現地訪問、測定、調整、会議対応
・現場での技術的/運用上の問題とデザイン調整のリーダーシップ
・高品質成果の確保とデザインコンセプトの正確実行
・デザインプロセス全体の監督
・プロジェクトのタイムリーかつコスト効果的な納品と完成
・顧客満足度向上とクライアント関係の深化

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Skills & Requirements

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a professional certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.

Required skill(s):
✓3Ds Max(Preferable), MS Office, MS Power point, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photo Shop, AutoCAD, Sketch up, or relevant 3D software
✓Good attitude and willing to learn
✓Responsible and passionate about interior design
✓Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills
✓Knowledge in prepare project quotation and material application
✓Knowledge in prepare drawings 2D &3D perspective.
✓Minimum 7 years working experience required.

Good-to-Have Skills:
✓understand Japan’s work culture
✓Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials
✓Previous experience in overseeing multiple design projects simultaneously
✓Understanding of various design styles and their application in different contexts
✓Experience in conducting on-site visits and measurements
