• Oversee strategic planning and execution for manufacturing, sales, and inventory management.

• Monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and sales performance, reporting any issues or discrepancies to management.

• Support the management team in operational planning and resource allocation.

• Facilitate communication between team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
