・Provides overhaul repair jobs by observing mechanical and electrical devices in operation by handling equipment
such as using precision measuring and testing instruments, electric meters, power tools, and material handling equipment.

・Completes cable and parts replacement and inspection in accordance with standard procedures and engineering drawings.

・ Complete spindle mechanical part replacement and inspection in accordance with standard engineering procedures.

・ Organize, purchase and control of all spare parts and equipment related to Overhaul Section.

・ Manage and make arrangement plan for overhaul repair jobs as well as report to superior for the job progress.

・ To control expenses within the budget regarding to overhaul job works including budget preparation.

・ Keep and maintain all necessary documents related to Overhaul Section.

・ Control and maintain of history record for spindle part and machine.

・ Maintain safety & housekeeping for Overhaul area including involve actively in Safety and 5S audit.

・ Maintain and keep control waste management procedure for Overhaul Section.

・ Liaise and maintain good communication with other Department, Sections and co-workers.

・ Responsible for software programming, testing and commissioning of overhauled machines.

・ Follow up and take action for any other ad-hoc job that be assigned by superiors occasionally.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓1. Candidate must possess a Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic or Automation engineering field related to Maintenance & Electrical from recognize College or University.

2. Well verse with PLC programming system & language programming.

3. Have knowledge in motion control system and servo motor.

4. Experience in electrical diagram, relay, magnetic contactor, PCB layout and design control panel with conformity standards.

5. Experince with Proface Touch Panel design and PLC interface

6. Have well knowledge in schematic drawing electrical and electro pneumatic as well as block diagram and sequenching design.

7. Have basic understand in mechanical drawing and can assemble the parts based on drawing after practical training.

8. Have well experience and skill to use measuring and testing instruments, electric meters & PLC programming PC.

9. Have well experience and skill to use basic maintenance tools such as scewdriver, spanners, Allen-key etc.

10. Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia and English or with Japannese language is an advantage.

11. Good ISO knowledgeable preferred.

12. Good interpersonal and leadership skills.

13. Required skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)

14. Ability to read and explain electrical and mechanical schematic diagrams.

15. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize and manage workloads with multiple priorities.

16. Advance ability to use mechanical and electrical measuring equipment (ex. micrometers, calipers, multi-meter).
