・ In charged and overview Company’s policy
・ In charge on expatriates immigration matters
・To plan and exercise yearly employees training programme
・To coordinate and organize Company safety meeting/ weekly managers meeting/ EMS Meeting & SAM Meeting
・ To implement Company recruitment of new employee
・ To conduct survey on fringe benefits and salary bench
・ To handle undertake matter of Industrial Relations
・ Conduct induction training to newly joined employees
・ Responsible to coordinate all performance appraisal rewarded exercises
・ To prepare annual company and production work schedule
・ Company’s appointment of Environmental Management Representative.
・ Others related to General HR & Admin.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ At least 3 years Experience as HR & Admin Manager position
✓ Possess analytical and good corporate on compensation, recruitment and labour matters
✓ Able to discuss and negotiate effectively on personnel matters
✓ Language English & BM
