・To do the production plan and control such as preparation of Monthly Turning Production Plan, Monthly Production

・Plan, Daily Production Schedule and process control for all type of bearing.

・Manage and control on purchase of bearing materials and parts from overseas, domestic supplier and parent company.

・To do the stock control and shipment control.

・Prepare report on customer order, supplier performance, inventory analysis, etc

・To manage, supervise and guide all the Senior Executive I/II, Executive I/II, Junior Executive I/II, and Senior Assistant Officer I/II, Assistant Officer I/II and staffs of Planning department.

・Prepare rework schedule (internal or subcontractor)

・Prepare and manage section monthly, quarterly or yearly budget

・Participate in monthly/weekly meeting to support production scheduling according to capacity loading in fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economic, others related field or equivalent.

✓At least Five (5) years working experience in the material planning, production planning, supply chain related field is required for this position. Preferably executives specializing in manufacturing environment/production operations or equivalent.

✓Good communication & writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

✓Good interpersonal skill

✓Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001
