・Execution of HR Strategy: Lead the implementation and execution of the company's HR strategy to align with organizational goals.
・Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet business needs.
・Employee Relations: Handle counselling, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution to maintain a　positive and productive work environment.
・Workforce Administration: Oversee workforce administration tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
・Employee Engagement & Training:
・Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
・Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and gather insights for improvement.
・Perform thorough training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and developmental areas within the organization.
・Collaborate with department heads to understand specific team requirements and align training programs accordingly.
・Payroll: Administer payroll processes accurately and on time, adhering to legal and company requirements.
・Reward and Recognition: Implement reward and recognition programs to motivate and retain high-performing employees.
・HR Systems: Maintain and improve HR systems to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
・HR Budget: Manage and allocate resources effectively within the HR budget.
・Uniform Management: Oversee the uniform management process, ensuring compliance with company standards.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in HR and Payroll functions.
✓Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and regulations.
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✓Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
✓Who can speak Chinese
