・ Coordinate & investigate the customer complaints and follow up / negotiate on rejection.
・ Updates the complaint details (e.g. root causes, containment action, permanent CA) into verification report
・ Liaise with customers on the quality requirement for new/existing product and quality related issues.
・ Make a summary report of the customer complaint in daily, weekly and monthly basis
・ Coordinate the daily internal meeting with related department regarding customer complaint
・ To manage the rejection inventories returned from customers and submit the summary report
・ To support the sales team on technical solutions for customers.
・ To reply the customers quality report with timely manner by coordinate with related department
・ To assist in compiling data and information for reports such as KPI, Customer Feedback and Complaint Report
・ Participate in the Internal & External Quality Audit or Any compliance committee
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree.
✓Fresh graduate encourages to apply, 2-3 years experience will be advantage
