1. Creates inventory forecasts and sends to suppliers to assist in mutual planning
2. Creates Purchase Orders for approval, sends to Suppliers, maintains tracking reports
3. Updates and confirms order and shipping status
4. Communicates any delays to the merchandising and operations department
5. Supports and assists operation department in inventory inquiries
6. Assists merchandising and logistics team on best order transportation costs
7. Coordinates with suppliers, logistics and warehouse to maintain the best trafficking of product to support the business
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
・Bachelor Degree in any field.
・Regardless of industry, 1 year or more work experience required
・Ability of Analysis and Problem solving skill
・MS Office(Excel), good computer literacy
・Good communication skills, Able to communicate in business level English
