Provide factories with robust and low cost procurement logistics solution focusing on on-time delivery toward maximal contribution to their P/L and B/S.
Basic Function ( minimum 3 required)
Understand corporate policy and factories' procurement requirements, plan & manage activities to satisfy factories' needs.
1. Follow up daily operation, quotation issue to customers
2. Shipment follow up and make sure warehouse system key in within the period set in SOP.
3. Suppliers schedule arrangement, follow up and monitoring.
4. Billing Invoice issuance.
5. To update factory forecast to suppliers.
6. Quality defect follow up with suppliers.
7. Monthly stock count participation.

3. Good working attitude, self-discipline, responsible and able to work independently.
4. Able to meet the task and deadline on daily operation.
5. Capable to work under pressure and long hours.
Job Responsibilities
1. Make sure the cargo deliver on time to Panasonic factory and sub-con base on their requirement date.
2. Make sure the supply cargo with correct quantity and correct price to prevent any discrepancy happen.
3. Listen to Panasonic factory voice and review data to find opportunities for improvements, set mutually agreeable targets
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Knowledge, skill, Abilities
1. Basic excel, intermediate level is preferred.
2. Good English, Mandarin, Malay communication skill and great cross-culture communication skills
3. High energetic with sense of urgency, able to work fast with accuracy.
4. Knowledge of purchasing or logistics (preferable).
5. Ability and adapt to changes for improvement.
