3. Handle administrative procedures for the headquarters.

4. Manage on-site personnel attendance, task assignments, and performance assessments.

5. Control production scheduling, develop production plans, delivery schedules, and output targets, while improving production capacity and reducing costs.

6. Plan and oversee industrial activities related to product manufacturing.

7. Establish standard production processes, product production process planning, and labor hour estimation.

8. Take full responsibility for company production management.

9. Carry out tasks assigned by senior supervisors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓1. Over 3 years of management experience in the manufacturing industry
(with a team size of over 30 people).

✓Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay languages.

✓Experience in manufacturing production line
