・ 1. Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management system.

2. Analyze and execute 8D quality abnormal improvement, track and effectively verify countermeasures.

3. Plan quality system related education and training.

4. Handle administrative procedures of the headquarters.

5. Responsible for customer audit matters.

6. Responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the company's quality management system.

7. Manage the investigation and resolution process of product quality issues during production, develop and implement corrective and preventive actions, track and monitor the implementation of corrective actions to ensure effective resolution of problems and prevent recurrence.

8. Analyze quality data and feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and drive the implementation of improvement measures.

9. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Over 3 years of management experience in the manufacturing industry (with a company size of over 30 people).

✓Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay languages.

✓Experience in Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management system.

✓Experience in Analyze and execute 8D quality abnormal improvement, track and effectively verify countermeasures.
