・Analyzing customer needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
・Developing a database of potential clients for outreach and engagement.
Client Relationship Management:
・Cultivating relationships with new clients through effective communication and product presentations.
・Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat orders and additional purchases.
・Addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge and Technical Support:
・Ensuring a deep understanding of the various products and services offered, the duties include:
Continuous Learning:
・Staying updated on the latest product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
・Providing informed recommendations and explanations to clients regarding product selections.
Technical Assistance:

Offering prompt and effective solutions to client inquiries regarding product technicalities.
Providing demonstrations and training sessions to clients to showcase product value and functionality.
Quoting and Price Negotiation:
Creating quotations and proposals based on client requirements, the responsibilities involve:

Quotation Creation:
Generating accurate and competitive price quotes for clients.
Preparing detailed proposals outlining product specifications, pricing, and terms.
Negotiation Skills:
Negotiating pricing and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
Ensuring that pricing strategies align with company goals and market trends.
Sales Planning and Goal Achievement:
Developing effective sales strategies and plans to achieve targets, including:
Strategy Development:
Collaborating with supervisors and teams to develop sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Setting clear sales targets and implementing action plans to achieve them.
Performance Analysis:
・Monitoring sales performance regularly and analyzing effectiveness.
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
Staying informed about market trends, industry events, and competitors, the duties include:

・Market Exploration:
Attending industry events and exhibitions to explore new client acquisition opportunities.
Conducting regular competitor analysis to identify market gaps and potential threats.
Contract Negotiation and Deal Processing:
Managing the negotiation and finalization of contracts with clients, the responsibilities involve:

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

At least 3 years sales experience
Must speak Mandarin , English and Malay.
