・1-Lead the production team to meet product quality and delivery requirements.
2-Optimize productivity and machinery capacity.
3-Initiate problem solving and trouble shooting processes.
4-Training the operation staff to meet production activities and targets.
5-Establish and maintain SOPs and quality records.
6-Initiate cost saving activities.
7-Initiate projects to improve production capability and efficiency.
8-To prepare research and proposal to management in terms of suitable and efficient methods of production improvement (KAIZEN) in automotive industry.
9-Responsible for implementation of new designs and techniques to improve plant operations and processes.
10-Plan manpower arrangements to support daily operations.
11-Develop KPI to align with company objectives.
12-To perform other duties as assigned by the management.
13-To lead in monitoring and improving process and drive internal corrective actions.
14-Adhere and follow all rules and regulations of company from time to time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering

3. Open for Fresh Graduate or having 1-2 years working experience
