• Develop strategic plans and support execution across ASEAN Group companies.

• Monitor management activities of ASEAN Group companies and propose improvements.

• Facilitate coordination and alignment between Daikin Japan and ASEAN Group companies.

• Organize ASEAN Management events to foster collaboration and strategic alignment.

• Monitor, advise, and take necessary actions to ensure ASEAN Group achieves its targets and drives sustainable, long-term growth.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Studies with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or Second-Class Upper.

• Possess at least 5 to 8 years of relevant working experiences.

• Able to work well independently and communicates clearly.

• Someone with strong analytical and organizational skills—you love turning complexity into clarity.

• Willingness to travel locally and across the region as needed.

• Japanese proficiency is required, JLPT N2 and above
