・Business Development
• Identify and establish relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and other industry players
• Actively pursue new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential customers
and promoting the company’s product portfolio
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of products & services to customers

Sales Revenue & Reporting
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit target, and build a strong midterm business funnel
• Work with internal team and suppliers to develop marketing materials, sales presentations and
promotional campaigns
• Participate in industry conferences and exhibitions to expand company’s reach and generate leads

Market Research
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
• Analyse market data and industry reports to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market situation

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓A degree in Science, Engineering or Pharmaceutical Sciences

✓At least 8 years of experience in chemicals distribution, with strong network in the Personal Care(priority) and Pharmaceutical industry

✓Verbal and written proficiency in English and Bahasa Malay/Indonesia languages

✓Ability to work independently, self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented
