・To assist 2 Japanese expatriates' smooth business
・Scheduling appointments, setting meeting, booking meeting room
・Take minute of meeting
・Entering data, maintaining databases, keeping records, support management for data analysis
・Prepare documents depend on Management requests
・Double check documents contents before Management approval, communicate relevant dept if any sufficient information or documents
・Assist management for Banking matter
・Support claims, booking air tickets, hotels for business trip
・Any Ad-Hoc
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Degree and above
✓2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant, able to work with minimum instructions.
✓Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, able to manage internal and external correspondence.
✓Japanese (Speaking & Writing)
✓Good interpersonal skills.
✓Microsoft word, Excel, Power point
