・To ensure good service operation quality level (facility, safety, cleanness, customer satisfaction )
・Create Operation quality control check sheet, Operation Manuals, implement using the sheet for operation checking, Keep updating manual and Quality control check sheet when necessary
・Visit each service point to monitor facility, safety, cleanness etc
・Suggest idea and plan to improve service, considering cost effective, risk control.
・Provide advice, counseling service operators

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least 2-3 years' experience as retail service operation management, quality control or similar role, Prefer who has experience in Chage of operation manuals and quality check.
✓Good English communication, writing
✓Prefer Mandalin speaker
✓Added advantage for Japanese speaker
✓able to drive own car
