・Delivering daily technical assistance at level 1 and level 2 to end-users within the business.
・Deliver prompt IT support to users and affiliated subsidiaries in China.
・Deploying and configuring end-user devices.
・Offering assistance with Windows, Android, iOS, and Microsoft Office products.
・Handling software setup, installation, upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
・Monitoring system performance and ensuring compliance with specifications.
・Resolving issues and addressing outages promptly.
・Collaborating with vendors and service providers.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Possession of a degree or diploma in an IT-related field.
✓Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with colleagues in China.
✓Demonstrated 2-3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk and providing technical support for end-user devices, including troubleshooting computer applications and operating systems.
✓Previous experience in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
✓Proficiency with Windows 10 is required, with familiarity with the Chinese Simplified version being advantageous.
✓Knowledge and experience in server management, including setup, maintenance, backup, and PowerShell, are preferred.
✓Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware Horizon VDI, vSphere, VCS, and UAG is advantageous.
✓Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Intune is a plus.
✓Candidates with experience in System Administration, network administration, or related fields are highly desirable.
