・Involvement in product development related to the ride-sharing platform app and handling app installation support.

・Collaborate with internal and external system engineers.

・Support sales planning operations.

・Strengthen relationships with municipalities and clients.

・In case of problems reported, identify the issues, analyzing, collect information to prepare discussion to solving problem.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓　Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

✓　Proven problem-solving abilities in project-based work.

✓　Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 or above, with the ability to communicate effectively with Japan HQ.

✓　Proficient in Malay and English (spoken and written).

✓　Business planning experience is highly preferred.

✓　Sales experience is an added advantage.

✓　Experience in website management is a plus.

✓　Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

✓　Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
