・Achieve sales targets and improve brand image by communicating the value of our products to customers who primarily visit our showrooms
-Meet individual and team sales target through effective selling techniques.
• Define and implement regional sales plans, write presentations, reports and price quotations and support contract negotiations.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Research and feedback on customer purchasing trends, sales performance, sales methods, sales promotion tools, etc. in showrooms
• Analyze account profitability and determine sales technique, advertising and market penetration.
• Regular reports and marketing data feedback to Singapore headquarters
• Developing new customers, planning and implementing sales measures
• Establish good relationship with business partners / developers on their assigned markets.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve sales and customer service skills.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years sales experience.
✓Experience in housing equipment sales or market research is a plus.
✓Good interpersonal skills and effective communicator.
✓Interactive and integrity.
✓Able to work independently.
✓Able to accurately assess the current situation and explain it quantitatively and logically
