· Manage a full set of accounts.
· Handle all finance-related functions, General Ledger, Account Payable and Account Receivable.
· Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, general ledger and accounts. Ensure all financial transactions are tracked timely and accurately in the company.
· Ensure accounting entries are in accordance with the company accounting policies.
· Prepared audit schedules, company accounts and tax returns for audit.
· Dealing with any queries from the auditors and tax agents.
· Prepare and review tax computation and check the accuracy of tax computation prepared by tax agent.
· Ensure all the payment vouchers are being made and taken into the system.
· Follow up on invoice exceptions and ensure exceptions are being investigated and closed on a timely basis.
· Ensure all processing and reconciliations are completed at month-end.
· Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
· Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
· Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by the immediate manager
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
· Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree or above in Finance/Accountancy or any equivalent.
· 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Japanese.
· Proficiency in office software and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
· Candidates must be self-motivated and willing to learn. Possess analytical thinking & problem-solving skills and adapt to new challenges.
