JOB DETAILJob Details
・Interpreter to GM (Japanese to Malay) during meeting customer
・As Secretary to GM to prepare Document needed from GM.
・Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
・Taking minutes and prepare minutes of meetings, reports, correspondence and presentations.
・Assist GM in booking of air flights, accommodation and prepare travelling itinerary.
・Responsible for interpretation and performing translation from Japanese to Malay or Malay to Japanese for every event sales.
・Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Posses Diploma or Degree in any field.
✓fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
✓Required JLPT N1 or N2
✓At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
✓Able to do interpretation from Japanese to Malay or Malays to Japanese
✓Able to work independently with little supervision
✓Excellent communication skills.
✓Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
