・Handle General Affairs & HR duties at the Malaysia office:
・Manage staff attendance & leave records.
・Assist in recruitment and liaise with various recruitment agencies.
・Handle both local and Japanese employee taxes and deductions.
・Liaise with statutory authorities such as EPF, LHDN, PERKESO.
・Manage monthly payroll and payroll administration.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Diploma/Degree holder.
✓ At least 1-2 years of relevant experience is needed.
✓ Language required: English, Chinese, Malay
