・Minimise the death stock and the cut of disco model, feedback to customer on the stock before discontiue. Invoice checking.

・Marketing Delivery - To ensure the customer no line stop. Co-ordinate the delivery schedule from internal until customer when the quality problem internal to prevent the customer line stop.

・Follow up and check the stock available when customer . additional order without the forecast or lead time given.

・Conduct the meeting when facing delivery problem and additional order from customer.

・Prepare the customer 3 month forecast/ Monthly delivery plan / daily forecast.

・Update the daily delivery schedule and email to all dept.

・Prepare the daily delivery daily list to all dept. Weekly delivery schedule cut off. Month end delivery report.

・Chase part with production member. Checking the customer PO, Replying the shortage list and delivery Instruction to customer.

・Other - Visit to customer. Prepare the 3 month customer sales plan and material usage plan.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓SPM Graduate

✓Minimum 1 year of experience

✓Fluent in English and Mandarin
