• Participate in system analysis, design, development, programming, and preparation of the required project documentation for Manufacturing Operation Management Solution Applications, including external customized applications.

• Conduct post system implementation support and systems integration testing.

• Must be familiar with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Assist in project management areas such as gathering business process and user requirements from prospects/customers, attending project status meetings, updating project status, and participating in pre-sales activities such as system demos.

• Perform on-site system setup, user training, and initial implementation support for customers.

• Responsible for close communication with customers to ensure on-time delivery of projects.

• Manage inventory, support, and maintenance of all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure, business applications, software, and security.

• Responsible for IT compliance for audits such as Internet Security Management.

• Conduct product training and knowledge transfer to junior staff and newcomers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

✓Minimum of 6 years, related working experience and able to perform as a Technical Key Post between project owners / prospects and development teams.

✓Possess adequate knowledge of at least 3 or more of the following software development languages: C++, C#, VB.NET, VB6, ASP.NET, PHP, and knowledge of any Database Engine.

✓Exposure in the manufacturing environment is compulsory.

✓Hands-on experience in Barcode Systems, Windows Mobile, RS-232 communication systems, and Windows networking environments is added advantages.

✓Experiences in ERP Systems are encouraged to apply.

✓Strong analytical skills and proficiency in programming.

✓ Good communication skills in English and Bahasa. Knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese would be an added advantage.

✓Familiar with setting up PC/Server peripherals and installing multi-OS platforms.

✓Willing to work independently and able to meet project datelines.

✓Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for local and outstation trips.
